Remy will be 2 yrs old at the end of January. She is the most silly, sassy, & affectionate baby. She’s a little shy at first, but once she opens up, she just wants to play and cuddle with you! Although She has had 4 weeks of board and training, she will still challenge you, but she knows what she’s doing. She is very intelligent! She is super food motivated and knows several commands. She is fully potty trained and will let you know when she needs to go if she is inside. She is fully crate-trained and loves to sleep in her crate every night.
She has a high energy level and LOVES to be outside and play all day. Being outside is her favorite pass time. Fetch is her favorite! Loves going for walks and is great at walks but needs structure. Especially when other dogs are present. She thrives off structure all around.
She would do great in a single-family home as a SINGLE animal! She does NOT do well with other animals. This is the unfortunate reason I am needing to rehome her since I have other dogs, and she can’t be around them. We love her so much, but it’s very challenging to navigate this day-to-day.
She has been raised in a household with my nephew, who is 15 months old, and does great with him, but I believe she would be better suited with older kids, such as teens, who are more aware/responsible of her needs to be structured if not with just adults. She is 35 lbs of pure muscle and fully grown. Her DNA makeup is as followed: 71% American Staffordshire Terrier, 13% Chow Chow, 11% Chinese Shar-pei, 4% McNab, and 1% Beagle.
